May 2023 Event – AGM & Burning Questions about Property

**All attendees to the AGM at the start of the event will receive a FREE drink on arrival**

After the AGM, we will have an interactive discussion with different groups and topics for people to join in, ask questions and listen to useful information. Some topics include – How to prepare to win at Tenancy Tribunal; Investment “rules”; The current mortgage climate; Setting rents; Insurance ins and outs, and more….

Time: Doors open at 7:10pm for 7.30pm start (No entry before 7.10pm)
Venue: The Hamilton Workingmen’s Club, 45 Commerce St, Frankton, Hamilton
(Please come to the main club, not the Pavilion)
Members do not need to register their attendance.
Guests $40.00 / per person unless accompanied by a current member. Guests complimentary for one visit only. Guests must be registered to attend.
Light supper served and cash bar available
